This notice explains how Wrap Up Bookkeeping, LLC handles information submitted through this website. Client portal services and third-party websites have their own privacy notices.

Information you provide

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional business name, selected service, message, and any pricing estimate you attach. We use this information to review your request and contact you about our services.

How inquiries are handled

Inquiries are saved in the website’s database and made available through an owner-restricted inbox. Our hosting providers process this information to operate the website. When email delivery is enabled, Resend processes inquiry notifications and confirmation emails. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Browser storage and abuse prevention

The pricing calculator temporarily stores your selection in your browser tab so it can follow you to the contact form. This selection expires after one hour and is cleared when you remove it or submit an inquiry. The website also uses a hashed network address, or email address as a fallback, to limit repeated form submissions. Hosting services may process technical request logs for operation and security.

What to leave out

Please do not submit tax IDs, bank account details, tax documents, or passwords through the inquiry form. Existing clients should use the client portal for sensitive documents.
